Founder & President
Dr.Shaji Prabhakaran
Dr.Shaji Prabhakaran is a distinguished sports industry leader with over 30 years of experience in football administration, currently serving as an Executive Committee Member of the AFC and SAFF. A former FIFA Regional Head for South and Central Asia, he played a key role in shaping Indian football as AIFF's Secretary General and architect of Vision 2047. Previously, he transformed Football Delhi as its President and has consulted for AFC, FIFA, and ICC. He was instrumental in organizing multiple FIFA U-17 World Cups and has contributed to sports education and government projects. A published author and media analyst, his passion for football has driven his rise from a small-town upbringing in West Bengal to the global stage.

Neeraj Jha is a seasoned leader in sports, media, broadcasting, and entertainment with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in live broadcasting, content creation, media strategy, and stakeholder management, driving profitability and setting industry benchmarks. With expertise in digital transformation and content monetization, he enhances fan experiences and delivers impactful media strategies. A visionary leader, he builds high-performing teams and aligns technical expertise with business goals. Holding a management degree from IMT Ghaziabad and a Mass Communication degree from IIMC, he is also the author of the bestseller Virat – The Making of a Champion.

The founding Management Board for ASIP came into effect from 15th April 2025, and the tenure of the board is for two years.
